CTC Tool Library & hire hub is a not-for-profit service that provides the local community with access to a collection of extremely useful but only occasionally used items that can be loaned out for a short period of time.
We’re like a normal library but with things instead of books!
We hope that by encouraging people to borrow instead of buying or throwing away their unwanted items, together we can create a better connected, more sustainable and stronger community.
Objects can include tools, DIY, gardening equipment, camping gear, kitchen and homeware items, art, craft supplies, musical instruments, kids costumes and more!

CTC Tool library & hire hub membership gives you:
• access to 100 + items and tools
• access to hundreds of workshop hours in our Scrapperdashery
• a 10% discount on all items you purchase in store
• the chance to be part of your community who is working towards building and creating a better, more sustainable Cornwall!
Membership options:
The Tool Library offers 2 Annual membership options.
Regular Membership
£20 per year – to suit regular tool library borrowing.
*50% discount on hire fees
*x 2 hrs per week, free Scrapperdashery workshop space hire
Casual Membership
£4 per year – to suit casual tool library borrowing.
